Purification
Fuller Life Water is dedicated to providing reliably pure water, delivered to your home or work. Our technically advanced process combines two degassing units with a unique distillation method to produce water which is virtually 100% reliable against bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, organic and inorganic chemicals and radioactive materials. Ozone is then used to sterilize the packaging container. We use the most advanced water purification technology available, making our water unique and superior to all other methods. A Fuller Life customer is assured of receiving great tasting water of the highest purity with each and every delivery.
Distillation is an ancient purification technique involving the boiling of a liquid into vapor form. As the vapors rise from the liquid surface they separate from any solids that may be held in solution. The vapors are then condensed in a separate vessel producing a liquid in pure form.
Fuller Life's distillation method is unique because of the special evaporator/condenser core plates used in VAPOR COMPRESSION STILL technology. The plates allow water to be distilled at a very gentle boil and under the amazingly low pressure of near normal atmosphere. Also the plates cause the vapor to travel under laminar flow conditions. These low pressure, controlled flow conditions are far superior for the production of pure water than the high pressure, high turbidity of conventional distillers. The water is purified further by two degassing units, one before and one after distillation. The degassers remove any dissolved gasses from the water such as volatile organic chemicals which otherwise would travel as vapor through the conventional distillation process.
The combination of these two processes yield water which is always reliably pure. In fact, our process is so effective in the removal of all types of contaminates that the quality of pure water is unaffected by changes in the conditions and composition of the feed water. The Fuller Life process is superior to all other purification techniques which are either ineffective certain contaminates, add chemicals to water, or can get used up and become ineffective without warning. Note on Ozone Ozone is added as the last step in our process. Ozone (O3) is a special active form of oxygen (O2) that occurs naturally in the upper atmosphere or can be produced by exposing oxygen to high-voltage electrical discharges. Ozone is now widely used as a replacement for chlorine which has been found to form carcinogens (cancer causing agents). Besides killing bacteria, ozone also destroys viruses and parasites more effectively than does chlorine. And best of all, ozone dissipates quickly (about 24 hrs) so you receive only pure, highly oxygenated water.
Note on Laminar Flow Under laminar flow conditions, water vapor travels in a controlled manner in extremely thin spread out layers. The increased surface area during evaporation gives the water ample opportunity to leave behind all contaminates. The low pressure necessary for distillation (~1 atm) also means contaminates are less likely to escape to the pure side than would be under the high pressure turbulent conditions of conventional distillers. The combination of more opportunity to remove contaminants with less chance of escape explains why Fuller Life Water is superior to other distillation methods.
